First, WOW the house was beautiful 💕The design of the house was gloriously laid out with huge spacious rooms and private suites that opened to the pool…just perfect! The amenities were great and we wanted for nothing the whole time we were there. Most importantly however, was the accommodations that were made and how much the owners were available to make their house perfect for us. They are in the process of making the house ADA compliant but are well on their way. They had 5 bedrooms all accessible to our daughter’s wheelchair, huge showers with a shower chair. The furniture was moved to accommodate, the pool was well heated and if there was anything we a had a question about the owners were very quick to respond. Our drives to Disney averaged 20 minutes. It quickly became our home away from home. I will also add that we looked at staying on site at Disney for the convieniences but this Huge 5 bedroom house with every ammentity you could think of including a private pool was 1/4 of the cost.

Our recent stay at JADE house was amazing. We went with another family and a bonus friend and there was plenty of room for all of us. My kids enjoyed the themed character bedrooms and bonus area and I enjoyed a king suite. We all spent many hours in both the private pool and the resort pool. Everyone enjoyed hours of friendly competition in the amazing game room. There are so many details in this house that made our stay so nice. The kitchen was well stocked and I didn’t need to improvise my cooking at all. My favorite was the empty pantry to store all the food we bought. (At other places I’ve stay, my groceries had to sit on the counter all week because there was no place to store them). The location is fantastic. Easy to get to grocery store, ice cream and gas..as well as close to all of the amazing things Orlando has to offer. I would highly recommend staying at JADE house. I am looking forward to my next visit.

Very beautiful home, with updated appliances. Every room has beautiful furniture and decor. Very clean! I stayed in one of the master suites, and the bed was very comfortable and I absolutely loved the spacious, two person shower. I love the privacy of the pool and patio. Very quiet neighborhood. They have everything you could possibly need, to make for a carefree stay! I absolutely recommend this place for a great gateway. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐

Wonderful property! Most importantly- it was immaculately clean. That’s always #1 for me. We were able to completely relax but never felt bored- pool, garage game room, video game room, games, puzzles, resort. We do our own cooking instead of ordering out, and this kitchen was better stocked than any we’ve rented before. It not only had plenty of plates, bowls and cups, but it had a blender, a crockpot, plenty of sharp knives, etc. The quiet and peaceful neighborhood was relaxing and we enjoyed walking around the winding streets. Loved the resort pool- I liked the slide as much as my kids did. I would highly recommend this house!

Jade House is so clean and comfortable and great for a large family (or a couple families). You can tell that the owners spent time and attention to the details! The bedrooms for the kids have plenty of sleeping options and the game room is amazing! The hosts are so kind, quick to respond to messages and some of the most friendly people I've met. I love the location, besides being close to the parks and shopping- the amenities of the resort pool, lazy river and snack bar are such a great addition to your stay- plus the workout room and tennis courts. I've been here twice and am already looking forward to when I can return. Five out of Five stars!

My family had a wonderful time at Solterra Resort- JADE House! 2 living rooms to relax, 2 dining rooms, themed bedrooms with more than enough beds was all we needed. Pool, game room, kitchen gadgets and linens all stocked were a cherry on top. Community pool with lazy river kept us busy when we weren’t doing the short drive to Disney. We will be back to stay!

I had a wonderful stay at Solterra Resort- JADE House! It was an absolutely stunning vacation home with plenty of room for our large group of travelers. The kids' rooms were perfectly themed for the central Florida area and the game room was a huge hit, especially the pool table and the arcade-style games! We spent many hours in the beautiful pool at JADE House and also enjoyed visiting the lazy river and water slide at the resort pool. A huge perk of staying at JADE House was the proximity to the Disney Parks and Disney Springs!! It was an easy drive through Orlando traffic to enjoy the magic! I highly recommend this beautiful vacation home and look forward to returning to JADE House in the future!

During a week long stay as a renter you always contemplate if the place you rented will be worth the price you paid. I am here to tell you as a couple who came down for new years weekend with family the home and amenities were amazing at the Jade Home.Going to the resorts pool is a must and yes the pool at the house is heated and great and a lovely place to lay out and tan while avoiding bugs due to the cover over the pool area but the resort brings a whole different level of entertainment with a food/bar area, a live DJ that has exciting games for you and your children to interact with and the fact the whole resort is heated not including the lazy river which is great for the families with smaller kids in the winter months ( but what really is winter in Florida!)The overall home brings so much excitement with a temperature based game room in the garage 5 well sized and spacious bedrooms with 4 very convenient bathrooms especially the one leading from the pool for the children the amenities in the home are endless with such a great host that was there to answer all questions I had throughout my stay. 10/10!

We stayed for our annual guys golf trip. The location was great with easy access to freeways. The layout of the house is great. It has 2 separate living areas on the 1st floor. I have stayed in many places and most of the 2nd living areas are on the 2nd floor. Everything was clean and well taken care of. We enjoyed our stay and would book again!

Our stay at the Jade House went beyond our expectations in a vacation home. This beautiful home gives guests the perfect balance of fun and relaxation! Between the heated pool right outside the back door and a very cool game room with a pool table, arcade games and more, we never wanted to leave! Except to go to Disney which is a short 20 mins away. I especially liked the way the house was laid out. They have a "kids wing" on one side with an extra bonus room/tv area. Our 3 year old loved playing in that room because he was still close enough to the main living space but he had his own area to make his mess! I also need to mention the hosts are very accommodating and responsive. The pride and care they've put into visitors loving their vacation experience is evident. Diane was very quick to answer any questions we had during our stay. We highly recommend and will definitely be vacationing here again!

Excellent experience! Our stay here was perfect! The house is very spacious and very clean. The owners have thought of absolutely everything to make your stay comfortable and welcoming. This house truly has it all!! My kids loved the game room and beautiful pool. I had all the kitchen amenities that I needed to make meals during our stay. The bathrooms are HUGE and the beds are super comfy! As a wife of someone with physical disabilities, I truly appreciate all that the owners have done to make this house accessible for all guests. In addition to all that the Jade House has to offer, there is a Solterra Resort pool with a water slide and lazy river. The food was amazing and the staff were very friendly. The pool was beautiful and clean. The location of this property is perfect as well! Just a short, easy drive away to all the major theme parks. We can’t wait to come back here!!

We stayed at the Jade House, as our daughter had her AAU Volleyball Tournament for the weekend. The pictures don’t do it justice! You have to see it in person! We had a total of 10 people stay in the house, which included 6 kids! It was so roomy. The way the rooms were spread out was so nice. The kids enjoyed the game room with the pool table and arcade games (Pac-Man, Golden Tee, Race car and NBA Jam), and of course the heated pool!! It was a short drive to the convention center and Disney. It was also very easy to get on the freeway. Jade House was surely a second home away from home!!!

Solterra Jade House was absolutely gorgeous! Our family of 12 had more than enough room to accommodate each of us. Very clean, spacious and plenty of amenities that made our stay amazing. Comfortable beds and huge walk-in showers!! We were a few miles from Disney, Sea World, and Universal Studios! The grandchildren, nieces and nephews had a ball swimming in the pool every day, all day!! I highly recommend staying at Solterra Jade House. We will definitely be back!!!

The Jade House was a perfect setup for our family of 6! The kids looooved their rooms and it set the Disney vibe immediately. They loved the game area too! The bathrooms were huge and the couch had plenty of room for our family to relax after a full day at Disney. The drive to the parks was easy and not a trouble at all. We would definitely stay again!

About Us

Jade Vacation Rentals was born out of a friendship and a dream. Our families have known one another for over twenty years. We have traveled thousands of miles all over the world! Our desire is for you to connect with family and friends and make new memories!

Diane and Jason have been married for decades. Jason serves as a marriage and family pastor. Diane wears many hats, including mom and real estate agent. They are passionate about orphan care and have adopted their 4 sons out of foster care. Their favorite travel destinations are Florida, OBX and NYC.

David and Amanda have been married for decades and have 2 daughters. David is an electrician and Amanda coordinates the disability inclusion ministry at their church where the whole family serves kids with special needs. Their favorite travel destinations are Disney World, Northern Michigan and the National Parks.
